1. Introduction

4. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on aiwin88 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). aiwin88 accepts deposits through the following approved payment channels: FPX bank transfer, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Touch n Go eWallet, and Boost. This list of accepted payment methods is subject to change at aiwin88's discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Deposits made through approved channels are typically credited to your aiwin88 account within minutes. aiwin88 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits, though your financial institution or payment provider may apply their own charges.

You confirm that all funds deposited into your aiwin88 account are legitimately owned by you and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. aiwin88 operates anti-money laundering (AML) controls consistent with international gaming authority compliance requirements and reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through your aiwin88 account dashboard to any approved payment method previously used for deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified for the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aiwin88 platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without human direction.
• Collusion between members to manipulate game outcomes, betting results, or to exploit promotional terms collectively.
• Accessing the platform through anonymous proxy services, VPNs, or other means designed to circumvent geographical or identity restrictions.
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or misrepresentation in relation to your identity, account information, or financial transactions.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the aiwin88 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any aiwin88 platform content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aiwin88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the aiwin88 platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming session progress resulting from technical interruption.

aiwin88 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the aiwin88 platform at your own risk. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit aiwin88's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11. Responsible Gaming

aiwin88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered aiwin88 members:

Upon termination for breach, aiwin88 may withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is found following investigation, any legitimate balance will be returned to the member via the original payment method. You may voluntarily close your aiwin88 account at any time by contacting customer support, provided there are no outstanding wagering requirements or pending withdrawal requests.

13. Amendments to These Terms

aiwin88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, aiwin88 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify active members via the registered email address. Your continued use of the aiwin88 platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
